Postponed 'til Spring

We just haven't had warm enough weather to reschedule door painting. We apologize for the confusion and disappointment (I know many were really looking forward to a freshly painted door) ! Most likely this project will be picked up late spring when we can count on great weather!

Door Painting Postponed -- Again

Because the weather turned too cold to paint the doors, we are postponing that project until the good weather returns in the spring -- so you have plenty of time to get excited for your new doors! Please note the below notice about door colors -- if you would like to discuss your own door color, feel free to call Lizzy (as mentioned previously).

HOA Annual Meeting

Don't forget, the annual HOA meeting is Thursday, October 8th. We'll be meeting at the Advantage Management Office located at 883 S. Orem Blvd. See you there!

All Door Painting Postponed

It was a little windy today and hadn't warmed up as much as we hoped, so we hope to reschedule for next week. When we do resume painting, please either be home or give your key to the person responsible for holding them in your area. Thanks for your cooperation.

Thursday painting postponed

Unfortunately, we do not have ideal weather for door painting today. Those who have been scheduled for Friday, may still be painted as planned. So long as it is a little warmer, there's sunshine and no wind. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to be painting next week and will let you know what's being planned. Thanks for being cooperative!

Door Colors

Doors will be painted next week (as soon as we get dates verified we'll let you know!) Below are samples of the colors we've chosen, and a list of which color your door has been assigned. If you are unhappy with what has been selected for you--don't stress! These are suggestions, and if no color preference is voiced, then this is what we'll go with. If you prefer one of the other colors, come and talk to Lizzy in #5 (709-0008) and we'll see what we can work out.

In the past, the HOA held homeowners responsible for painting their own doors. However, we have more closely examined our CC&R's, and have decided this is something that falls under our maintenance responsibility. In order to keep this project economical, as well as encourage a more cohesive look, we have chosen 4 classic colors. These colors will immediately improve the look of our community, but will also work in a variety of color palettes (should we elect to do more repainting in the future!) We hope everyone is looking forward to their new door color!

Stoney Plain: a very cool off-white that will go with nearly every house

Cowabunga: a dark brick red which serves as a nice compliment to the brick facades and dark wood beams already in our community

Altamira: a dark country blue/light navy color that can be seen on several doors in neighboring Copenhagen, and they look really good.

Boundary: an off-black. We've got a few dark doors already in the neighborhood and they look so classy, why not have a few more?
