Door Colors

Doors will be painted next week (as soon as we get dates verified we'll let you know!) Below are samples of the colors we've chosen, and a list of which color your door has been assigned. If you are unhappy with what has been selected for you--don't stress! These are suggestions, and if no color preference is voiced, then this is what we'll go with. If you prefer one of the other colors, come and talk to Lizzy in #5 (709-0008) and we'll see what we can work out.

In the past, the HOA held homeowners responsible for painting their own doors. However, we have more closely examined our CC&R's, and have decided this is something that falls under our maintenance responsibility. In order to keep this project economical, as well as encourage a more cohesive look, we have chosen 4 classic colors. These colors will immediately improve the look of our community, but will also work in a variety of color palettes (should we elect to do more repainting in the future!) We hope everyone is looking forward to their new door color!

Stoney Plain: a very cool off-white that will go with nearly every house

Cowabunga: a dark brick red which serves as a nice compliment to the brick facades and dark wood beams already in our community

Altamira: a dark country blue/light navy color that can be seen on several doors in neighboring Copenhagen, and they look really good.

Boundary: an off-black. We've got a few dark doors already in the neighborhood and they look so classy, why not have a few more?
